INTRODUCTION

Chinese 101 was a great class. Although this class was challenging and a
lot of work, it was well worth it. I learned so much more than I had
expected to learn. I think I learned literally the equivalent of 3 years
of Spanish classes in just one semester. My Chinese friends and family
are amazed at how much I have picked up in such a short time. It gives me
great satisfactions. Tseng laoshi is a great teacher and gave off a lot
of energy. This made Chinese class exciting and fun. She knew our potential
and made me exceed my expectations of myself.

My Most Excellent Work

1.	Lesson 2- Family
2.	Lesson 3- Dates and Time
3.	Lesson 6- Making Appointments

These are three of my most excellent dialogues in Chinese 101. Lesson 2
was about family. This was one of my first dialogues in the class. Although
it appears simple and maybe bland, this work was free of grammatical mistakes
the first time I turned it in. It is a very basic conversation. Lesson 3 is
the same way. It is useful in everyday life. I find myself asking my Chinese
friends this all the time. My dialogue for Lesson 6 is a telephone conversation.
This is also very useful in everyday life. The content is very basic, but it
contains several important grammatical structures.
