INTRODUCTION

CHIN 102 is my first Chinese class taken at the University, and I've really enjoyed it.
Tseng Laoshi is great, and so was the rest of the class. I definitely learned a lot
more Chinese here in a semester than I did during a year in high school. Chinese is a
fascinating language. Although some of the characters are hard to write, I'm impressed
at how many characters I can read and write now. I've really enjoyed this Chinese class,
and I plan to continue taking Chinese next year.

My Most Excellent Work: 1) Renting an Apartment 2) Hometown 3) Seeing a Doctor

I like Renting an Apartment the most because it is really about my dorm life now at the
University. Also, I tried to use a lot of grammatical points in that passage. I like
Hometown because it is really about my homeland, Korea, and its capital, Seoul. I think
that Seeing a Doctor was the best dialogue that Chrissy and I made. You can definitely
see Chrissy's influence on this dialogue.
